We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We've built software we're proud of, and we're confident it will deliver value. But if it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You purchased a paid plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime)
  • Your request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • It's your first refund request for this product

What's Covered

  • Monthly Subscription: Full refund of the current month's payment
  • Yearly Subscription: Full refund of the yearly payment
  • Lifetime Purchase: Full refund of the one-time payment

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@lattixe.com
  2. Include your Paddle transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt)
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation required)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

After the Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your Pro license will be deactivated
  • You'll revert to the free tier
  • Any subscription will be cancelled automatically
  • You can continue using the free version indefinitely

Subscription Cancellations

If you want to cancel your subscription but don't need a refund:

  • Cancel anytime through the link in your Paddle receipt email
  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same person
  • Suspected abuse of our refund policy
  • Requests made after the 14-day window

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
