Privacy Policy

LATTIXE INC. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Oli application and other software products. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our software.

We built Oli with privacy as a core principle. Unlike many AI applications that require cloud processing, Oli performs all artificial intelligence computations entirely on your local device.

• Camera footage: Your camera feed is processed locally and never recorded, stored, or transmitted
• Video data: No video or images are ever sent to our servers or any third party
• Biometric data: Posture analysis happens on-device; no body measurements are transmitted
• Usage tracking: We don't track how you use the app or collect analytics
• Personal identifiers: We don't collect names, emails, or other personal information through the app

Oli requires camera access to detect your posture. Here's how it works:

• Your Mac's camera captures video frames
• MediaPipe AI processes these frames locally on your device
• The AI extracts body pose landmarks (shoulder positions, head angle, etc.)
• These landmarks are compared to your calibrated baseline
• If slouching is detected, the visual overlay is triggered
• At no point does any video data leave your Mac

When you quit Oli, camera access stops immediately. We have no ability to access your camera remotely.

Oli stores the following data locally on your Mac:

• Calibration data: Your baseline posture measurements (stored as numerical ratios, not images)
• Settings: Your preferences (sensitivity, overlay color, etc.)
• Usage statistics: Daily posture scores and streak data (stored locally only)
• License information: Your purchase/subscription status

This data is stored using macOS's secure storage mechanisms and is not transmitted anywhere.

When you purchase a paid subscription, payment is processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment information according to their privacy policy. We never see or store your credit card details.

The only information we receive from Paddle is your transaction ID to verify your purchase.

• MediaPipe: Google's open-source AI framework for pose detection, runs 100% locally
• Paddle: Payment processing only, no usage data shared

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Since all processing happens locally:

• There's no data to breach on our servers (we don't have your data)
• Your information is protected by macOS's built-in security
• You maintain complete control over your data

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Since we don't collect your personal data, there's nothing to request access to or delete. Your posture data stays on your Mac, and you can delete the app and all its data at any time by removing it from your Applications folder.
